n celebration of Mozart’s 250th birthday we welcome all Hashers and Harriettes to join us in the 75th Full Moon cultural weekend run in Austria.

The celebration of run # 75 will be held in the town of Soboth (www.soboth.at) in the province of Steiermark. Driving Distance from Vienna is 265 kilometres (165 miles) or about 3 hours driving time. Check www.routenplaner.at for your way to go (use the Austrian postcode 8554 for the destination).
Though Mozart has never been a guest in Graz (province capital of Steiermark), he has been well loved by the people of Graz during his lifetime.
They could watch his "Figaro", his "Abduction from the Seraglio" and his "Don Giovanni" in the theatres, and when Mozarts Widow Constanze came to Graz in 1796, she found a place “where my husband who had been torn away from me much too soon had been excellently well known and much valued."
The worlds first Mozart Memorial, the "Mozarttempel" – a Garden-Pavilion, can be found in Graz, Schubertstraße 35.
Hotel: Alpengasthof Messner in Soboth (www.hotel-messner-soboth.at) The hotel is reserved explicitly for the Hash. As you can tell by the web pages of the Area it is a great place for hiking and running and has been selected with the utmost care by the GM of the Full Moon and his family themselves, Looking forward to seeing you down there
